By accessing or using any website, application, service, or content provided by Lace Fox Media (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of all services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access, use, or register for any service offered by Lace Fox Media. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

All visual content produced, hosted, or distributed by Lace Fox Media features individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of production. Lace Fox Media maintains strict compliance with all applicable age-verification laws and record-keeping requirements.

In accordance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and the regulations promulgated thereunder (28 C.F.R. Part 75), all persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on or within our services were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the visual depiction was created.

Records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained by the Custodian of Records, who can be reached at: info@lacefoxmedia.com. Lace Fox Media cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable statutes.

Lace Fox Media maintains a strict, absolute zero-tolerance policy with respect to any content or conduct that involves, depicts, promotes, or facilitates:

• Non-consensual sexual content of any nature;
• Human trafficking, forced labor, or any form of exploitation;
• Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors;
• Content that violates the Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA) or the Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act (SESTA).

Any user, creator, or affiliate found to be in violation of this policy will be immediately and permanently banned from all services. Lace Fox Media will cooperate fully with law enforcement and report all suspected violations to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.

You agree not to engage in any activity that: (a) violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation; (b) infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party; (c) distributes malicious software or engages in unauthorized access of our systems; (d) harasses, threatens, or defames any individual; or (e) interferes with the proper functioning of our services.

Lace Fox Media reserves the sole and absolute right to suspend or terminate any account, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

All purchases, subscriptions, and transactions conducted through Lace Fox Media’s services are final and non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise at the point of sale or required by applicable law.

Lace Fox Media maintains a strict anti-chargeback policy. Initiating a fraudulent or unauthorized chargeback constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination, a permanent IP-level ban from all services, and the submission of comprehensive usage logs, transaction records, access timestamps, and device fingerprints to the relevant payment processor(s), card network(s), and fraud prevention authorities.

We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to civil litigation for damages, collection costs, and attorney fees arising from fraudulent chargeback activity.

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, graphics, and software appearing on or within Lace Fox Media’s services are the exclusive property of Lace Fox Media or its licensors. No license or right is granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lace Fox Media, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lace Fox Media and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered in accordance with applicable commercial arbitration rules, unless prohibited by local law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
