Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers for creators exploring a confidential, creator-led partnership with Lace Fox Media.
01
Before you collaborate
Can I decline an activity or stop a shoot?
Yes. You may request faceless work, no streaming or other content boundaries, and decline activities you do not wish to join. Before a shoot, the content, limits, facial visibility and channels are explained and confirmed in writing. You may stop immediately if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe. You do not need to continue a shoot to discuss payment. Rights in work already created and final payment are reviewed separately against the agreement and records. Applying does not itself authorize a shoot or publication.
Who owns the copyright, and when does the licence begin?
Under the company's stated contract arrangement, creators retain copyright and Lace Fox Media receives a licence to use and publish the agreed works through the channels specified in the contract. The current licence term is two years from the work's first publication. Republishing the work or ending the collaboration does not restart that term. A one-off paid licence does not mean a permanent transfer of all copyright. Specific rights remain subject to the actual agreement and complete rights chain. This licence rule does not set a deadline for first publication.
Can I publish the same works elsewhere, or can the company add a new platform?
During the licence term, you may not independently publish, sell or license to another party the same set of works shot by the company and covered by its licence. This restriction does not automatically extend to separately created new works. A platform outside the agreed channels requires your additional written consent. Silence does not authorize an expanded scope.
Will I still receive a share of revenue from existing works after leaving?
Yes. After the collaboration formally ends, revenue generated by existing licensed works during the remainder of their two-year licence term continues to be shared at the rate in effect before termination. Amounts already payable at exit and revenue generated later are reviewed separately. Staff will confirm reconciliation and payment arrangements, subject to actual receipt of funds. Leaving does not restart the licence term or cancel the agreed share of that continuing revenue.
What happens when the licence expires, or if published content exceeds the agreement?
When the two-year licence expires, the company removes the relevant products from sale, stops displaying the works, removes related promotional content from channels it controls, and deletes the corresponding original material and finished works it holds. Separate records that must lawfully be retained are handled separately. This cannot guarantee removal of copies already downloaded by customers or reposted by third parties. If content appears to exceed the agreement, contact info@lacefoxmedia.com. The company takes the relevant content down first and then investigates; staff must confirm the actual handling status.
Do I need to approve each publication separately?
Works are normally shown to the creator first to check content limits and facial visibility. For a one-off paid collaboration, once the agreed confirmation and payment are complete, publication within the original authorization does not require another separate approval. For ongoing revenue sharing, the company schedules publication within the scope agreed in writing in advance; individual approval for every publication is not required. Use beyond that scope or on a new platform still requires additional consent.
Who owns the accounts, and how do termination and handover work?
A creator's dedicated personal accounts belong to the creator; the company's shared or brand accounts belong to the company. Account ownership is separate from copyright in the content. Normally, send termination notice to info@lacefoxmedia.com, with seven days counted from the day the company receives the email. Safety, harassment or health concerns may justify an immediate stop without the usual notice period. Staff review termination and handover against the agreement and platform rules. Continuing revenue sharing from existing works does not mean a personal account must be held until the licence expires, and unpaid final funds alone are not a basis to decide to withhold it. After termination, while handover is pending, the company stops posting new content, chatting on the creator's behalf and accepting new orders through the personal account. Existing orders and scheduled activity are reviewed by staff. Actual completion of these steps must be confirmed.
When are amounts already earned settled after termination?
The company's arrangement is to settle amounts already payable within ten days after termination, but funds not yet received must wait for the platform or payment provider to remit them. After third-party platform funds arrive, onward payment is normally made within 48 hours. Final payments from the company's own channels are also transferred within 48 hours after the payment channel's funds arrive. This is not an unconditional guarantee of receipt on day ten. It does not settle all future revenue from the remaining licence term in advance; that revenue continues to be shared at the rate in effect before termination.
What if a paid custom order cannot be completed?
If a paid custom order cannot be completed, including because of creator illness, the company refunds the customer in full and bears the relevant non-refundable platform or payment-processing fees rather than deducting them from the creator. Once the refund is confirmed, it is initiated within 24 hours on normal working days, excluding weekends and holidays. Receipt of the funds depends on the payment provider. A custom order completed and delivered as agreed is not refundable solely because of a change of mind or subjective dislike. Delivery disputes can still be reviewed, and applicable legal and platform remedies remain available. This policy is separate from reconciliation of an actual platform chargeback or clawback.
Does submitting an application authorize a shoot, publication, or distribution?
No. An application only asks to be considered for a potential collaboration. Before any relevant work, the proposed content, boundaries, facial visibility, compensation arrangement, and distribution channels are discussed and confirmed in writing. You may request faceless work or decline streaming; any suitable project is assessed individually.
How is application data handled?
Online application information, including the submitted portrait, is used only to assess a potential collaboration and is securely reviewed by the Lace Fox talent team. For a privacy or deletion request, contact info@lacefoxmedia.com; requests and any applicable retention needs are reviewed by staff.
Can I use this form for general business or customer support enquiries?
No. This form is for potential collaborations with adult female photo and/or live creators only. For buyer, brand, existing-collaborator, or general enquiries, contact info@lacefoxmedia.com. An e-mail enquiry is not an application.
02
Agency & Positioning
What makes Lace Fox Media different from other management agencies?
We combine data-driven marketing with respect for creator sovereignty. Rather than imposing restrictive terms or taking control of your assets, we act as a strategic partner: providing multilingual chat support, tailored PPV funnels, and cross-platform growth while you retain control of your career.
03
Fees, Agreements & Ownership
Is there an upfront application fee or equipment deposit?
No upfront application fee or equipment deposit is required. This does not mean every stage is free of costs. Applicable platform, withdrawal, transfer and currency-conversion fees are explained in the revenue-sharing answer. For collaborations using the earnings-day arrangement, revenue from the first seven earnings days is held as a settlement reserve; this comes from revenue already earned, not an upfront payment. Please read the earnings-day settlement rules before applying.
How are revenue sharing and fees calculated?
Lace Fox Media's agency share is 30% to 60% of the agreed net revenue, with the remaining 40% to 70% allocated to the creator. The specific rate is agreed in writing. The calculation is not based on gross customer spending and does not promise after-tax take-home income. For third-party platforms, revenue sharing is based on funds actually received after applicable platform fees; those fees are not universally 20%. For the company's own streaming and sales channels, a withdrawal fee of approximately 2% currently applies before revenue sharing. This is not a permanent universal rate for every channel. Transfer and currency-conversion fees for payments to the creator are borne by the creator; they are separate from platform or withdrawal fees, and the same fee is not deducted twice. Agreed promotion, operations and account-chatting services are included in the agency share and are not charged again for the same service. Subscription, paid content, streaming, tips, physical-product and custom-order revenue within the collaboration all fall within the agreed revenue sharing; unrelated creator income does not automatically fall within it.
How do one-off paid shoots differ from ongoing revenue sharing?
Published one-off shoot rates range from CAD 100 to CAD 300 per hour of actual shooting. The applicable rate and payment arrangements are agreed in writing before the shoot. The treatment of preparation, waiting, travel or other time is reviewed under the actual agreement and applicable requirements; this hourly description does not decide all such questions. Ongoing collaboration uses the agreed net-revenue share and does not guarantee income. Any individually negotiated guaranteed minimum requires a separate written agreement stating its amount, conditions and duration. An income expectation entered in USD on the application is not a quote or guaranteed minimum. Describing a collaboration does not by itself determine a person's legal employment status.
Am I locked into a long-term, rigid agreement?
We believe partnership should be earned through results, not legal traps. Our agreements include clear, transparent exit provisions so you have flexibility if the partnership is no longer the right fit.
04
Operations & Monetization
How does your chatting and PPV monetization team operate?
We use a hybrid approach: AI-assisted fan triage alongside experienced, multi-time-zone human chatters. We build tailored Pay-Per-View (PPV) funnels and high-value engagement strategies intended to deepen relationships with your most engaged fans without consuming all of your personal time.
How do you support cam streaming and premium content platforms such as OnlyFans and Fansly?
We offer full-stack support across leading monetization platforms. This can include chat operations, PPV funnel design, and optimization for private interactive streaming, all tailored to improve revenue per minute and subscriber lifetime value while protecting your time and creative focus.
05
Privacy, Security & Compliance
How do you protect my privacy and help prevent content leaks?
Creator safety is a priority. Our security approach includes two-factor authentication (2FA) and KYC protocols, geoblocking options for selected regions or countries, and DMCA takedown monitoring intended to identify and address unauthorized distribution.
How does Lace Fox Media support performers who prioritize privacy and discretion?
Privacy is central to our approach. We support KYC and two-factor authentication (2FA), can deploy geoblocking to limit visibility in selected regions or around personal connections, and use proactive DMCA takedown monitoring to support discretion across the web.
How do you verify age and identity?
Every creator must be at least 18 years old. Before any agreement is signed, we complete strict identity and age verification using government-issued identification. Applications from minors are never accepted, and no collaboration of any kind begins before verification is complete.
06
Onboarding & Payouts
How does earnings-day settlement work?
For collaborations using this arrangement after staff confirm the relationship and agreement, an earnings day is a date on which revenue is earned. Dates without revenue do not count, and several transactions on one date still count as one earnings day. Revenue from earnings days 1 to 7 is retained as the initial settlement reserve and addressed at termination settlement. At 14 accumulated earnings days, the first payment covers earnings days 8 to 14. Each additional seven earnings days forms the next settlement period; the initial reserve is not released on a rolling basis. Payment depends on actual receipt of funds from the platform or payment provider, including for the company's own channels. Ending before 14 earnings days does not cancel amounts already payable merely because the day count is lower. This is not a promise of payment every calendar week or receipt on a fixed date.
What is the onboarding process and what are the requirements to join?
The process is confidential and straightforward. Submit an application through our secure form; our talent acquisition team reviews your background, goals, and current position. If you progress, we complete strict identity and age verification before any agreement is signed, then guide you through secure account setup, security hardening such as 2FA, and a customized launch roadmap.
